Refund and Returns Policy
At IPTRIX, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with our web development services. We offer a full refund if the outcome result is not exactly as agreed upon in the web development project. We value your feedback, so please provide details about the reason for your refund request when reaching out to us directly. This information helps us understand what went wrong and how we can improve our services.
Refund Process: Our payment process initiates the refund immediately, and we strive to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or on your card.
Non-delivery: In rare cases where mailing issues prevent you from receiving a delivery email, or the email ends up in your spam or junk folder, please check these folders or contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our customer service department in writing within 7 days from the order placement date. Failure to contact us within this period implies acceptance of the product, and no further right of return for a ‘non-receipt’ reason will be granted.
Major Defects: While we thoroughly test all products before release, unexpected errors may occur. If we fail to correct a major defect within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint or notification, we will issue a full refund to the customer, or, at the customer’s choice, offer a replacement product of the same or similar value.
Product Not as Described: Issues regarding products not meeting their descriptions should be reported to our technical support team within 7 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided in writing to demonstrate that the purchased product does not match its description on the website. Complaints based solely on false customer expectations will not be honored.
