02. Refund Policy
Refund Policy: No refunds are issued once work has started. Partial refunds only apply before the project begins.

03. Service Delivery
All our services are digital in nature. Deliverables are sent via email or project management platforms within agreed timelines. No physical shipping costs apply.
04. Data Security & Privacy
We fully comply with GDPR and PCI-DSS standards. Payment data is handled exclusively by certified processors (Stripe, PayPal). DesignPro Studio does not store card data on its servers.
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
